Welcome to the Boys & Girls Clubs of the San Luis Valley (“BGCSLV,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1) Purpose of the Site
The Site shares information about BGCSLV’s mission, programs, services, events, and opportunities to donate or get involved.

We serve children and youth and are committed to safe spaces online and offline.

All Site content (text, graphics, photos, video, logos, and software) is owned by BGCSLV or used with permission. You may view or download for personal, non-commercial use. No reproduction or distribution without prior written consent.

Donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable (unless required by law).

Unless a restriction is accepted by us in writing, donations support our mission where most needed.

BGCSLV is a 501(c)(3); EIN: 84-1215393. Contributions may be tax-deductible as allowed by law.

Payment processing is handled by third-party processors; their terms apply.
5) User Submissions
If you submit stories, photos, testimonials, or other content, you grant BGCSLV a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for mission-related purposes. You represent you have rights/permissions for any submitted content.
6) Third-Party Links
We may link to external sites. BGCSLV is not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and governed by their terms.
7) Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties about accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
